If you are off on a big trip this spring, you will want to capture as many memories as possible. There’s nothing as disappointing as looking back on your photos to find the sights you visited have come out blurry, poorly lit, or obscured by the sun. This is where learning the key basics of smartphone photography can make a massive difference to your holiday snaps.
Gone are the days where you would need to purchase (and lug around!) a powerful digital camera to be able to get a decent shot. Now, all you require is a good quality smartphone camera that will fit right in your pocket. With this, you can capture incredible landscapes, stunning architecture and family portraits in far off destinations, all with one small camera. But to be able to achieve the variety of shots you’re aiming for you do need to understand how to best set up and operate your phone camera.
On our group and 1:1 safaris you will learn these skills with an experience guide. Our group safaris run regularly and take place across the UK and West Ireland. Here, you will join a small group of up to 10 people where you will be guided around a location while being shows the fundamentals of smartphone photography. At the end of the session, your guide will take you through how to edit your photos using the best free editing tools, so you can produce fantastic quality holiday snaps for your trip.
On a 1:1 or family safari, you can choose a location and choose to focus on a particular aspect of smartphone photography you are interested in, or cover more of the key techniques. This is a great option that has something for the whole family. Perfect for the coming half-term or Easter break!
